Refund policy


We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at trynuoura@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty, skincare, and wellness products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty on eligible items. If you experience a manufacturing defect or product issue within one year of purchase, please contact us for assistance.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
