ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, nuOura® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
